Welcome to KevinShieldsFitness.com!  I'm honored to have you a part of my healthy-lifestyle community.

There are lots of ways to define a 'healthy lifestyle,' but to be honest, much of the information available today on 'how to live healthy' is WAY too complex.

Throughout my journey to understand my own health,  I have spent tens of thousands of hours learning, experimenting, and trying things to improve my own health issues.  Just like you, I've had my successes and have certainly had my failures along the way.  

For this reason, I have dedicated this site to teaching and helping others understand how they can upgrade their lives through simple, yet effective, techniques to reclaim their health.  This means no crazy crash diets, starvation plans, magic fat loss pills, or that 'one secret' to fat loss.


Here, I'm all about living and teaching a healthy life that's simple, effective, and sustainable.


I want to teach you how to enjoy foods that you love, use movement and exercise to be pain free, optimize recovery for unlimited energy, and most importantly, I want to teach you how adopt these new habits into a way of life that you can enjoy forever!

I also want to share my mission with you so you can help me, help others. 

My mission is to help 10,000 people make the lifestyle change they need to get off their medications by 2025.

Also, I try to answer every email I receive so if there’s something you want to tell me, good, bad or ugly – Let me know! I will answer your questions to the best of my ability – just be patient as there’s only one of me.

For me, it's about helping you take the next step on your journey to better health. This is why I encourage you to be curious about your health, try new things, develop healthy habits, and most importantly, always seek continual improvement. The search for optimal health is a constant pursuit!.

My Beliefs

Like I mentioned above, I tend to have many beliefs on health but I try to simplify them into four categories that are all equally important to master: Nutrition, Movement, Recovery, and Lifestyle.  

Although you may be strong in one area, you may have room to improve in another.  That is okay.  Everyone has room to improve.

By focusing on mastering these Foundational Four, I believe that every single person can improve their life.  No matter where you are on your journey, there is always room to grow!
